HEY INSTALLATION, HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ORDER?

We guarantee your total satisfaction and offer a world-class returns policy. New, unused gear with no signs of wear can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (minus the $6.99 shipping fee listed below)  Used gear may never be returned unless authorized by the store manager to receive credit only towards another like item due to manufacturer’s defects.

  • New, unused gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
  • Used and damaged gear, will be issued store credit in the form of credits applied to your Satellite account. We will not accept the return of products damaged due to negligence or abuse.
  • SALE products that are purchased in-store are non-fundable and non-exchangable *This excludes SALE products on shoeinstallation.com*

Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.

If you feel that your gear is eligible for a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer due to defect in its materials or workmanship, contact our Warranty Department.

To help expedite your warranty request, please provide as much detail as possible in your email. Include the order number, purchase date, product brand and description, and a picture of the defect.

 

EXCHANGES & RETURN 

Sometimes you need to exchange a product for something else—it happens. Exchanges on shoeinstallation.com only require a few minutes by speaking with our outstanding, personable, handsome employees during business hours.  You can create a return by calling the store 11-7 p.m. MST any day of the week, at the customer service number listed above, and kindly give them the details of what you would like in exchange.

Refunds and credits are issued as soon as your return is received by our Returns Department.

SHIPPING A RETURN

 

To return products, you are responsible for the shipping back to us:

  • Notify our customer service team about your return
  • Fill out the information requested on the sales receipt that arrived with your purchase. This receipt also serves as paperwork necessary for your return. drop this receipt in your return package with all of your original packaging and tags
  • Write a funny note on the outside of your package.
